  • Drink more and more water. it will be best if you take it with lemon and honey.
  • Avoid junk foods,  eat more fruits.to get the lists of fruits, take a look at my other contents.
  • Play outdoor games.
  • Proper 8 hrs sleep
  • Consume more protein than fat.
  •  Avoid stress and anxiety.
